You may apply for either a COD or a 30-day account by submitting your application form, along with the required documentation to your sales representative, or our accounts department.

Please submit your application, as well as the supporting documents listed below, to your sales representative or our accounts department:

  • Cancelled cheque or bank letter confirming account

30-DAY ACCOUNT
